Many of my female clients often ask me for recommendations for an effective home based exercise program. The Slim in 6 program revolves around Debbie Siebers' "slim training" technique which combines fat burning cardio with some light resistance exercises that keep you from bulking up, while you slim down quickly. Because this program is geared for women, it targets the mid section but has a dramatic weight loss effect on arms, thighs, abs and hips in just six weeks.
The program consists of three main workouts: Start it up!, Ramp it up!, and Burn it up! These workouts range from 25 minutes in the case of "Start it up!" all the way up to 60- minutes with the "Burn it up!" workout.
